Refund Policy & Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase as long as you return your purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This refund will be for the cost of the item plus tax but will not include any additional shipping costs incurred for delivery of the item.
- Simply repack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Be sure to include the packing slip, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card. If you do not include the original or a copy of the original packing slip, no credit will be issued!
- Contact us at (407)982-1153 for further shipping instructions. We may issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) or a UPS Call Tag, depending on the specific policies of the Storefront in question.
- Include the original packing slip in the shipment and return to the following return shipping address:

Free Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you, as long as products that you return or exchange have not been worn and are returned with the tags still attached. Underground Distribution does not guarantee any type of wear or tear or any damage that is unrelated to a manufacturing issue.
Whether you are making a return or exchange, we will:
- Provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your order to send your return item(s) back to us.
- Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
- Note: Credit on full purchase price for each item(s) does not include credit for shipping cost incurred on item(s).
- Note: Free returns and exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from international locations (locations outside the United States
